Gargoyle Second Century Fund

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

The Board approved the latest Gargoyle budget, but this is the last time they will accept a loss from the Garg.

The Gargoyle currently has a large staff, and they are all interested in making the magazine run more efficiently and effectively. The editorial and business staff are working very hard to reach "break-even" status this year and hopefully become self-supporting in the future. Anyone who's been on staff within the last ten years or so knows that this is much easier said than done. The current staff is doing a great job so far, but the magazine really needs alumni support to keep it safe for future generations of misfits.

Gargoyle's piggy bank is hungry

Here's how you can help. The Second Century Fund has been created as an endowment for publishing. We don't intend to replace the need for ad sales altogether, but we can help create an incentive to keep the Garg around and publishing on paper, the way God (or maybe Satan) intended. We are asking for donations split between the Second Century Fund and immediate publication costs (Gargoyle Program Fund).

Please go to the Student Publications donation site to donate online.
